Bradley Staffing Group contract-to-hire staffing service allows you to try out new employees on the job BEFORE you commit to a full-time hiring decision. You can evaluate new hires over a predetermined time frame to ensure the right fit between the candidate and your organization – greatly minimizing your risk of making a bad hire.
Direct Hire
You will gain immediate access to our powerful network of over 13,000 local candidates. Many of these people are off the grid and only available through our services. You are only billed if we fill the position.. We are paid on performance.

Initial Client meeting to finalize the 5 essential qualifications necessary for the job.

We source talent by direct recruiting from competitors, contacting current contacts from our existing database of over 13,000 candidates and networking to find off-market candidates.

Our expert recruiters complete phone interviews to ensure a match in qualifications.

Bradley Staffing conducts in-person interviews on matched candidates.

We e-mail candidate submissions to clearly communicate how each candidate’s experience relates to the essential qualifications.

Optional: We complete personality testing and analyze the profile to ensure best fit for the position.

Our recruiters work with your schedule to set up in-person interviews with our candidates. Interviews can be conducted at your office or our office in Wayne.

Once a candidate is chosen, we will help negotiate the offer.

We perform thorough reference and background checks based on the client’s preference.

After 1 month, we complete a New Hire survey to assist with employee retention.
We communicate and help address any issues to improve job satisfaction and employee retention.
