 Are You Ready to Become a Platinum Employee™? Here’s what you can expect when you apply to work with Bradley Staffing Group.

Apply

The first step in our process is the resume screening. We screen all resumes that have applied online through a job board site, our website, social media, referrals, or direct recruiting.

Telephone Interview

Following the resume screening process, you will be requested to complete a candidate profile and submit it to Bradley Staffing Group. We will then contact you to set up a telephone interview. Our understanding of your career goals, work experience, compensation expectations, and availability will enable us to offer you the best jobs that meet your needs and qualifications.

Skills Assessment

In order to present you with jobs that best fit your experience, you will complete an online skills assessment.

Skills Training

Want to learn a new software program? Want to hone your skills? We can provide you with the training needed to keep your technical skills on the cutting edge.

Personal Interview

Upon completion of your skills assessment, we may schedule you to come into our office to meet with one of our licensed staffing professionals. Available job assignments will be discussed during the interview.

Client Interviews

After one of our clients contacts us and expresses interest in hiring you, we will contact you to schedule an interview with the client.

Interview De-Briefing

Following any interviews with our clients, we will spend time with you talking about how the interview went, if you’re interested in the position, and discuss any concerns you might have. If for some reason you are not offered a position following an interview, we will discuss your options for pursing other opportunities.

Representing Bradley Staffing Group

As a temporary or contract employee on assignment, you are representing the Bradley Staffing Group organization. Bradley Staffing Group Platinum Employees possess qualities and values that identify them as a cut above the rest of the work force.
